Yoghurt Cucumber Soup Recipe

Ingredients (6 persons.)

  • 5 natural yoghurts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 cup of pepper
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 3 sprigs of mint
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

Preparation

  1. Peel the cucumbers and cut them into pieces. Peel the clove of garlic and chisel the mint leaves.
  2. Mix the cucumber with the yogurt, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and mint.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
