Very Simple Chorizo Risotto Recipe

Simple Chorizo RisottoIngredients (2 portions.)

  • 1 or 2 shallots
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chorizo
  • 150 g rice
  • 1 chicken broth

– Saucepan

Preparation

  1. Boil 1L of water with 1 broth in a saucepan.
  2. In the wok, add the oil, sauté the shallots, then add the raw rice. Brown.
  3. Add the broth as you go until the rice is razed. Cover and add broth when the liquid level is too low.
  4. Taste the rice from time to time and continue until the rice is fully cooked. Pepper then add the chorizo last. Cook another 5 min.
  5. You can decorate with shrimp and carrot stripes
